We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, business name, work email, and — if you choose — a mobile phone number), information you add during onboarding and ongoing use, and technical data such as log and device information needed to operate the platform securely.
Providing a phone number is optional and is used only as described in SMS Communications.

How we use information
We use your information to provide and operate the Service, run and report on the campaigns you ask us to run, secure your account, send service and account communications, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS Communications
SMS Communications: If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications during signup, we may send text messages including appointment reminders, lead alerts, and account notifications. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message.

Customer data protection
Customer data you share with us is used only for your campaigns, is never sold, is never used to market our own services to your customers, and is handled in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws. It is returned or deleted within 30 days of cancellation upon written request.

Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; opting out of SMS does not affect your account access or other communication channels. Security and retention
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit and encryption at rest, and retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
