Refund Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

All sales final.

Monthly investment for Yancey’s Marketing Agency services — including the Marketing Department, the Sales Department, the Closing Department, top-up packs, and any other add-on service — is non-refundable. Once a billing cycle begins, the service is delivered for the full cycle and the investment for that cycle stands.

You can cancel any service at any time from your dashboard billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to delivered work, dashboards, and stored content for the remainder of the paid cycle.

Top-up packs.

Top-up minute packs are one-time purchases. Unused minutes expire at the end of the active billing cycle (or at the end of the rollover window for packs that include one). No partial credit or refund is issued for unused minutes.

Free trial credit.

The 14-day free trial on the Marketing Platform is offered precisely so you can confirm fit before being billed. After the trial ends, the first monthly investment cycle begins and the no-refund policy applies from that point forward. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge and no questions.

Chargeback policy.

We answer chargeback disputes with the full compliance record: dated call logs, qualification notes, content delivery records, signed working agreement, and the dashboard activity trail showing what was delivered and when. We do not refund chargeback disputes; we defend them with documentation.

If you have a service concern, contact us directly — there’s almost always a faster resolution than going through your card issuer, and we resolve issues on merit when the conversation happens early.

Exception: platform service failure.

If a service we control fails to deliver for the cycle in question (extended platform outage, repeated failed publishing across all your connected accounts, etc.) and we are not able to recover the cycle, we will credit your account toward a future cycle on a case-by-case basis. This is the only exception to the no-refund policy. Issues attributable to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) are not covered.
